JUNIOR RUGBY INFO

Welcome to North Shore Junior Rugby 2025

If you've played with us before, welcome back!  If you're new to the club, its great to have your children signing up to play either tackle or rippa rugby.  We're trying really hard to put the kids at the centre of the rugby experience and we want every child to continue playing each season, regardless of their ability or attitude - every child matters.

We make every effort to balance our teams across each grade to ensure that each team has a similar performance within the same grade. This means from year to year that players may not stay with the same group of children, but be allocated to different teams and coaches.  You can find out more about junior grades here.

North Shore Rugby Club is one of the oldest rugby clubs in New Zealand and we pride ourselves on being a community based family club.   We do not have school based teams but mix players up from different schools so players and parents alike meet new people from our community. All junior parents are encouraged to enjoy the club rooms after senior matches on Saturday afternoons.
